Maw is considered a suboptimal Hero in comparison to others in his category. While he can execute an enemy using his Ultimate ability, Gluttony performs this role more effectively. Maw’s versatility in being built with either Infernal Roar or Soulbond Arcana doesn’t significantly impact his performance, as the primary focus of his Ultimate is to execute an enemy. Most of his effectiveness then relies on his boosted Basic Attacks.
